Jews don’t use the name of Elohim (G-D)?

Why do Jewish scholars and biblical writers not write the name of God?
They use G-D, YHWH, or the Hebrew letters  hwhy, L-rd, to proclaim Him.
The translators of the original Hebrew first into; Greek, than Latin, and all the other languages of the earth for teaching, also felt it necessary to continue in this.

Lets look at Exodus 20:7

Thou shalt not take the name of YHWH(YAHUWEH) thy Elohim in vain:

Understand now? They reverence (FEAR/YARE) the Fathers name. Why than can this author be so bold as to write and teach His name after so many writers, biblical scholars, and Pastors have not?

Yahushua, His Son told us to: John 17:26 And I have declared unto them Thy name, and will declare it:
John 18:20 Yahushua answered him, I sake openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing.  Also Math.26:55, Luke 4:15
How will Yahushua continue to declare His name? In us and through us!
We can boldly enter the Holiest and cry Abba Father YAHUWEH.
His Son Yahushua by His death and resurrection rent the veil where only once a year could the high priest enter and cry that name out. Hebrews 10:19
This is part of the inheritance of the new covenant Hebrews 9:7-13 My love, my law is on my heart. I will declare His name YAHUWEH in the assembly. His Sons name Yahushua, I will shout from the rooftops. I will declare your name Yahuweh.
O YAHUWEH our Master, how excellent is Thy name in all the earth! Psalm 8:1 & 9
The word vain (Exodus 20:7) means empty/worthless if you don't know or use His name isn't that making it vain?  YAHUWEH, YOUR NAME IS A STRONG TOWER!
All through our bible where it says “praise ye the LORD” Should read HALLE lu YAH!
Our language, our slang, our lack of knowledge is insult to the Father.
Halle lu YAH is the action of the command to praise the LORD.
YAH is his name! LORD is a title not a name! Psalm 68:4
